Metering: Matrix | Shutter 1/60 | Aperture F1.8 | Exposure mode: Aperture | Focal Length: 50mm | Lens: Nikkor 50mm f/1.8 (prime lens) | Flash: built in, M 1/128 | ISO: 800 | White Balance: Cloudy | Filter: Polarizer (because I couldn’t change it and walk the dog at the same time! The pic was slightly underexposed because of that, but I fixed it in iPhoto). This is Lacey, my 1 year-old mixed breed bundle of energy in an uncharacteristic moment of non-motion. I focused on her eye because she was so close to me, and she’s impossible to pose, so I grabbed the shot I could. I like the depth of field because it makes most of her fur look fuzzy. And she’s pretty fuzzy.
